For a musician, it can sometimes feel like one more song might not make a difference in the sea of music available in the world. One Reaching Hand believes every person has something meaningful and unique to offer, to bring hope and healing right where they are with what they have in their hands.
We believe that a song, a lyric, or a piece of art shared with vulnerability and intention can be like one reaching hand that lets someone know they are not alone as they go through challenges in life that can often be isolating.
Though it was birthed from experiences of sharing music in hospital settings, One Reaching Hand has seen the power of mobilizing musicians in a variety of community settings and is passionate about inspiring, encouraging and empowering creatives to use their gifts and talents to offer hope and healing to the hurting world around them.
